Abstract :

    

Nowadays, one the acceptable technologies to disorp the earth quake strikes on structure is to make it weakening. (seperable) for the structures of bending weakening. (seperable) for the frame and its joints, because they will be  unfixed or unbending, so weakening system should be used in pressure splitter plates.
